Our design team in the San Francisco Bay Area has more than 50 years of collective experience in structural design and manufacturing. Our designs are DFM-ready (Design for Manufacturing) from the start.

Our prototyping facility can process and produce nearly every product we sell, using materials and processes that are identical mass production. Therefore, our samples are suitable for verification and validation testing, as necessary.

Some graphic design and pre-press services are also offered.

Testing

With our in-house testing equipment, we can help pre-validate your packaging to ensure the reliability and quality that you expect.

In addition to our our testing, we support 3rd party validation testing so that you can execute your packaging project with confidence.

Production

We can support your mass production needs with our state of the art factories in China, Vietnam, and Thailand.

Automation is key for repeatability, quality, and capacity. Our factories have invested fully in automation for many of our products and our engineers continue to develop new and better ways to create consistent, high quality parts at amazing speeds.

Our G7 certified print facilities will provide consistent print quality, on target every time.
